Keelo is a business management platform that helps trades and service businesses manage customers, jobs, quotes, invoicing, marketing and related operations. Features may change over time as we add, modify or remove functionality.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Keelo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into Keelo. By using the platform, you grant us the limited right to host, process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the platform or its users.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Some features of Keelo may require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual property
Keelo and its branding, code, design and content (excluding your own data) are the property of Keelo or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any licence to use our trademarks, logos or other proprietary material except as necessary to use the platform.
8. Third-party integrations
Keelo may connect to third-party services such as Meta, Google and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
Keelo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the service reliable and secure, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keelo and the KBI Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will begin deleting your data in accordance with our data retention practices.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
