User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Keelo account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data we obtained directly from you and data we received when you signed in using Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Send a deletion request by email to privacy@thekbigroup.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

• The full name on your account.
• The email address you use to sign in.
• The sign-in method you use (email/password, Google or Meta), if known.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.

Once verified, we delete your account and associated personal data, including:

• Your profile and account credentials.
• Identifiers and profile details received from Google or Meta sign-in.
• Business data stored under your account, such as customer records, quotes, invoices, jobs and marketing content.

We begin processing verified deletion requests promptly and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of data where we are required to do so by law, for security, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and remains protected.

Backups are rotated on a regular schedule, so residual copies may persist in secure backups for a short period before they are overwritten.

If you signed in with Meta, you can also remove Keelo's access from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. For Google, you can manage access at your Google account permissions. Revoking access stops future sign-in but does not by itself delete data already stored by Keelo - send a deletion request for that.
